Walking and Running Training Program
 
  • A coach who will customize the training program based on your individual fitness goal.
  • Whether you want to lose weight, walk a 5km race, or run a 10km race, the program will be individually tailored for you.
  • We will meet 2 times each week, although you are not obligated to attend all sessions.
  • You will walk/run with others of equal ability and who may have the same goals; there is no pressure to be competitive.
  • The program should be comfortable to your current ability and will allow you to make progress at your own pace.
Goals
 
  • Help you to achieve your personal fitness goals.
  • Provide a pleasant, enjoyable and comfortable atmosphere to workout.
  • Network with others in your community who are of equal ability.
 
What you will receive
 
  • Customized training program, specific to your individual goals and ability.
  • Weekly motivational email from a coach.
  • Weekly seminar speakers on topics of interest, such topics as, walking vs. running shoes, nutrition, stretching, health, injury prevention.

Club Membership

  • An annual membership in the Speedy Sneakers Walking and Running Club is only $55.00.
  • Anyone 16 years old and under, the annual membership is only $30.00.
  • Anyone 65 and older, the annual membership is only $30.00.
